Project Runway Winner?

On Thursday's Project Runway contestants were asked to design resort wear. April's design, a black babydoll cover-up dress won as the best design of the challenge. While it was very cute, it seemed more reminiscent of lingerie than beachwear. Andy's design was above and beyond the best design, a silver and purple one piece monokini with matching ombre cover-up. Thoughts??
